Services I Offer

Neuropsychological Testing
The evaluation process begins with a parent interview, so I can hear about your child: their story, your concerns, your observations, and your favorite things about them. With your permission, I then speak to those who know your child well--teacher, tutors, or other specialists. Then, I meet with your child over the course of several sessions, so that I can get to know them, and learn about how they think and feel, learn and express themselves. At the end of that process, I meet with the parents again, to share what I learned, and talk about ways we can help your child thrive. The evaluation and recommendations are then put into a written report which you can share with your school team, therapists or doctor.
Consultations
School Observations
Sometimes parents have concerns about their child but are not looking for formal testing or a full evaluation. I meet with parents for 1-3 sessions to talk about their concerns and observations, and discuss strategies and approaches that can help their children grow and thrive in school, int the family and with their peers.

For a more extensive consultation, I also observe the child at school in order to get a sense of how they're able to engage in different kinds of settings and activities, what approaches are being used to help him and observing how the child responds.
Therapy
I provide weekly, 1:1 therapeutic sessions with children. These can focus on helping your child develop in any area--including self-confidence, emotional or behavioral self-regulation, friendship skills, alleviating anxiety, executive functioning or problem-solving.

I also provide specialized tutoring sessions for children with learning differences in order to help them with manage their differences, cope with executive functioning challenges, and learn content.
